If you're sure you haven't got it on the wrong setting, like full auto, where the unit controls the fan speed then there may be something wrong.
There is a known problem with the capacitors failing in the speed control circuits and the fan runs on full. It is a fixable problem, I don't have the details, but they are on www.nsxprime.com if you can find them.
There is a diagnostic mode too.
- Set Fan to Auto.
- Push and hold both MODE and AUTO while you start the engine
This runs through all settings.
