Thread: Internet Dongles...

  1. Default Internet Dongles...

Figured a few of you might be versed in these things.

I'm going snowboarding for 10 days from Thursday. There is a bowling alley in the town where I can get broadband... but not from my flat. Most of the time I'll work from the bowling alley but want to periodically sync up emails from the Apartment.

What's the deal with Dongles? I've never touched one.

Too Expensive? or just about o.k.?

What should I look out for when I walk into Carphone Warehouse and ask for a pre-paid one?

    Thanks!

Very expensive when roaming. Mobiles are 5 pounds per MB I think and the dongles along the same line. Might be cheaper to tether your cell phone if you have the option.
