    Question CCA of standard NSX battery

    Anyone know the CCA of the standard NSX battery? I think its 520 but cant get to my service manual at the moment.

    Just bought a new battery myself today and I was supplied a 540.

    Ironically, I've not had much chance to drive the car lately and the battery was showing signs of getting tired. I just thought I'd retire it to be on the safe side.

    I would be very pleased if any of my vehicle's batteries last 6 1/2 years. Out here in the tropical heat, they reckon on 2 1/2 years for a gel battery and 2 years for a standard lead acid.
    Funnily enough the NSX seems to be kinder on batteries than the others as it is not being cooked quite as badly not being in the engine bay.

    Hi, Sudesh.

    The supplier/manufacture of Honda battery would be different from country to country and the battery spec (even the price) changed over the years so it's not easy to provide you with the absolute figure but based on the test procedure, followings will give you some idea;

    For MT: about 440
    For AT: about 550
