2001 Formula 1 Factory Visits

Organised with the help of Norton Way Honda, the NSXCB were invited on a tour of the BAR and Jordon F1 factories. The trip was excellent, and allowed us to get an inside look at thr runnings of a F1 team.
It was quite amazing to see the difference in the operations of the two different teams. BAR is a large outfit, that makes nearly all their own components, while Jordan outsources most of their manufacture. At the time of the visit Honda supplied engines to both teams. Unfortunately photographs were not allowed, so there aren't any inside the buildings. We also got given some Honda F1 merchandise, and a test drive of the Honda Accord Sport.
