Excellent result-well done. Your tenacity paid off; many would have given up or not bothered, but arseholes like this need to get what they deserve. Hope he ended up paying a sh*t load of costs too...
So, who is he and where's this 'bodyshop' so that we can all avoid it?
He's based down in south wales so the majority of the members on this board should be "safe" from him.the name of the firm is godfreys of bridgend.
i wouldn't be supprised if the court hearing was just round one of the fun and games though.The next step now is to try and get my compensation out of him,and something tells me,that is not going to be easy knowing the sort of person i'm dealing with.
