    Default Tan Leather Seat Repair

    Hi
At just 45K miles my drivers seat is looking shabby at the o/s seat bolster (where gliding arse meets seat).

Despite several visits to "car upholsterers" I cannot find a match to the Honda tan leather. Can anyone advise if they have identified a source of hide that matches (without buying the Honda spare part for £1200 )?

    Cheers
    Stew

There was a post on nsxprime.com about a group buy of seat leather and it was $ 550.00 or there abouts for two seats IIRC.

the problem with that group buy on prime is that the leather is sent to you.you then have to find an upholsterer(that you deem good enough) to fit it for you, bumping up the cost even more.

There is an article on prime about this :

    This is what he used:

Might be worth a try if you are handy.
