Interior needs some love. Broken door card when I got it... bought 2 from a breaker... but haven't put them in.

    82,000 kilometres on the clock.

If I didn't have my MR2........... I would definitely have been tempted.
Group buy as a 'cheap' track car once the 'prop-shaft' problem has been sorted? ??

I do note that they go for £>3k on pistonheads....!!

Took it to RO Techniks in Reading. Perished hoses, wiper blades, fluid caps, some belts, mis-aligned power-plant sub-frame... but other than that in good shape. Good compression

Get it back on Thursday £500 later... so am going to play around with it for a few months, might go for some stage 4 tuning .... some driftin & track.

Good way to keep my NSX safe in the garage !

Though I do get it out every other weekend or so... drove it into the office today ... looking forward to next summer.

Keeping the RX7 is a sensible idea for having fun and using the NSX when the weather is warmer is wise! Its no surprise your'e keeping the Mazda and retaining your car lot!

Always liked the RX7s but put off my the running cost. Think they look awesome de-spoilered and low on wide wheels!

From what i've seen on the BMI DVDs the various versions of RX7 and NSX seem pretty equal on track.

I took it to RoTechnics for a full going over. All new hoses, belts, filters etc. £750

I took it to Hayward Rotary for a track day preperation. £1200

    ...some of work carried out.
    * replace rear main seal, full exhaust( 2002 OEM backbox ), Black Diamond ( grooved, drilled ) front discs + hawk pads, 1 rear shock.

Compression test carried out. 1s rotor 61,59,58 2nd rotor 60,58,56

Put two new tires on back for MOT pass.

Took to track day and was fun. Drive as everyday runaround now.

Selling to buy a track prepared RX7 ( rather than spend another £8K myself )

Looking for around £3000 as the body has a few nicks and scrapes. their are other little things to do. figure that's a fair figure... anyone interested before I stick on fleabay?

like the RX7 and love driving it.. but going to make a move on this one. ( if it's still around in a week or so )
