    Being a fan of Honda engines, I later went to Honda's Tochigi Research Center on two occasions and requested that they consider building for the McLaren F1 a 4.5 liter V10 or V12. I asked, I tried to persuade them, but in the end could not convince them to do it, and the McLaren F1 ended up equipped with a BMW engine.

    Not sure what you get fuel wise on an nsx but my GTO (which is standard) gets about 19 mpg as an average depends how heavy your foot is, if you floor it you and watch the fuel gauge you can see it moving..........

    Think with average road driving, NSX gets 22-25 mpg, motorways late 20s? If you drive briskly like I do, think the NSX can only manage 16!
