Before we got the rollcage fitted a while back we were emailed a photo of one the company had done before... i didn't realise it was a Type S. Anyone
    know anything about it?

I know there was a cheap silver 3.2 on here that had a roll cage in it and it was subsequently sold.

also I think Kevin has a cage in his.

Quite a neat installation for the trackdayer. Think this must be it:

Being a fan of Honda engines, I later went to Honda's Tochigi Research Center on two occasions and requested that they consider building for the McLaren F1 a 4.5 liter V10 or V12. I asked, I tried to persuade them, but in the end could not convince them to do it, and the McLaren F1 ended up equipped with a BMW engine.

Do you know what country the picture was taken in? There isn't much to go by!

Its right hand drive, UK? If you look at the red axle stand, it has English writing on it of "Safety Device". The other place is Japan as RHD too, but no Japanese writing on the stand? HTH

It does not look to be on the right spot on the chassis.

There are only RHD Type-S and S/Zeros mupski!

I'll give you a point for spotting the writing though...
