No because I think the Legend has had a 3.5l V6 for a while and it's quite a different engine from that in the NSX.

True, it is related to the J35 series, not the C32. Heavily redesigned for a more compact, transverse location.
To confuse matters, the HSX had a 3.5 litre V6 IIRC.
