1996 NSX-T For Sale
I will shortly be listing my NSX for sale, and as is traditional, here's the early notice to the forum.
My NSX is a red 1996 UK market NSX-T, manual gearbox, tan leather interior, with 137,000 miles on the clock.
I have owned this car for 7 years and 20,000 miles, but it's now time to say goodbye. With the recent delivery of a Toyota GR86 I now have more cars than is really practical for my life, and after some hard-nosed assessment of which cars actually provide a unique function, the NSX is unfortunately the one that's going to have to go. Ironic, considering that it is by some margin the most unique car I've owned.
The car had a full Honda service history to about 115,000 miles, and has thereafter been maintained and serviced by various independent specialists with an eye to proactively addressing age-related servicing requirements and potential failure points. I have used this car as a daily driver and as a road trip car, including trips down to Switzerland and up to the North Coast 500, and wanted to take every possible opportunity to avoid being stranded. I wouldn't be bold enough to say it's had everything done - that would be pretty ambitious - but it has in my view been very well maintained.
Last cambelt change, including water pump replacement, was done in 2020 by Torque GT.
The car is currently fitted with a set of 17/18" BBS RG-R forged wheels to allow the fitment of a broader range of modern tyres than are available for the 16/17" OEM wheels, and is wearing Michelin Pilot Sport 4 all round. I have the original set of wheels on the shelf, recently refurbished and fitted with a never-used set of Yokohama AD08R. By default the car will be sold on the factory wheels, and the personal plate will go with the car.
Other mods are limited to what you can see in the photos, and I have a box of original parts that will go with the car should the buyer want to revert to OEM.
The car has a GROM box to allow connection of iPhone/Android through USB cable, to bring a little 21st century technology into the cabin
I also have a stack of 90s-contemporary tapes that I might as well leave in the glovebox - it's not as though I'm going to have the opportunity to play them anywhere else!
NSX prices are getting hard to judge, and I'd welcome opinions from forum members on what a fair price would be, as well as offers or expressions of interest from forum members or guests.

I see this car as a well-maintained driver, which seems an unusual thing in a market that is increasingly leaning towards immaculate low-mileage collector cars. If you're looking for an NSX to just drive and experience (and what an addictive experience that V6 is on the way to 8000rpm!), well, here's your chance
