I'm very sad to see those shocking pics, esp. of the cam journals.

What are you going to do now? Throw the turbo out? A turbo system is only as good as its tuner is.

I went CTSC 10 years ago on an engine with nearly 90k miles and had some kind of feelings if I ever will regret it in the future. I did the install myself. FF: after 10 years and more than 40k miles the engine and CTSC are still going strong. All 6 still at 14.5 bar in a compression test. No troubles, no nightmares, just a few Gatorback belts, new fuels lines and an idler (plastic) pulley as preventative items. Not sure if the (non-OEM) cats needed to be replaced last year but not a nightmare.

Good luck with wherever you're heading to.

Well bang goes their reputation! I’m really sorry to hear you’ve had so many issues. There seems to be no ambiguity though; if they’d screwed up a couple of things it might have been forgivable. But they have shown a high consistency at sucking! I hope you get it all sorted out.

    Cheers.

Really sorry to hear about this, he dosen't come across as being a "cow boy", I guess this is why you trusted him with your car in the first place.

IIRC you are not the only one in the "club" that has had this done, correct?

Kare's ( Silver Surfer ) also had trace of metal grids in the sump of his Nsx. Fortunately his mechanic found it in time, otherwise his fate would be the same as mine.

So this does not look like a "one off", just very poor and shoddy workmanship that has ended up costing you more than just time and money!
