    Default Timing bolt cover seal

Before I jump the wrong way and need a third attempt at buttoning up the TB covers -
When refitting the lower TB cover there are two seals.
    - A grommet with extended / concertina inner, part 11816-PR7-000, this comes with WP set, this seals the drip tube. Am I correct in assuming the extended inner is inside the TB cover?
    - A rubber washer SHOULD provide a cover to seal the timing bolt, part 90401 634 000, does this washer fit inside the TB cover or press over the timing bolt once the TB cover is in place.
    Thanks in advance
    Duncan

Well, I was 50% right (or 50% wrong) with my guess work!
Thank you forum and thank you Kaz.
