That's gotta be some sort of world record for running costs per mile for any car, maybe only beaten by a Veyron but only after 9,000 miles on the clock but there again that probably appreciates in value which counters the extortionate service costs for wheels and tyres at that mileage anyway. 😬

    Definite sign* the market's softening.

Anyone who's recently sold-up to release capital / trade down has done the right thing, financially-speaking.

Mike - going back to our conversation at Brands ref. NA values...think you may be closer to the mark than me. (Albeit possibly not at the time, to be fair... )

    * along with several others around the country. The whole JD Classics mess will have given a few lenders some new ulcers to deal with, for starters...and then there's a DB9 I know of (not leggy, crashed or wrong-spec) that went for ~£28k at auction last week, plus a bunch of suprisingly low hammer prices at the auction at the Revival.

Blue '08 FD2 CTR - big, ITR-sized shoes to fill...
Yellow '96 NSX 3.0 - oh was it worth the wait!
Black '99 ITR - well, I had to have another one, the first was so much fun. Miss this one even more than #1...
Blue '03 S2000 - SOLD, flawed but fun
Blue '04 Focus TDCi Sport - SOLD, very good fun for a diesel!
Black '00 ITR - SOLD, still missed
Red '98 Civic VTi - SOLD, probably still bombproof
