I have an NA2 EPS rack fresh from overhaul by the guys at NSX Rack Repair (D1 Guy on NSX Prime) in the USA. Has had the 'Plus' package overhaul (http://nsxrackrepair.com/services/eps-plus-package) so it's the top spec for later cars.

If you can get one of these new, they will set you back a fortune (I think these were £10k new?) and it's one of the few weak points on these fabulous machines...every car will need this service at some point.

Before it went off, my steering sounded like I had some mice in there: this video was made by Kaz on another NSX with similar symptoms https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_c...&v=Lqz014XFYgs. While it drove OK initially, later it began to fell a bit notchy. The guys at NSX Rack Repair said it was a bit messy in there. My car had covered 96k miles.

I also have all the tie rod, bellows, ends etc available if required, at a reasonable extra cost.

The overhaul cost me $1800 plus shipping etc and I bought a second hand unit while mine was sent away for 3 months, so I'm literally not making a penny out of asking £3k for it. Call me a soft touch but I feel it's my duty to help fellow owners ;-)

I'm very happy for it to sit on the shelf until I or someone else needs it so no silly offers please.
