02 front end

I dont know if this has been raised before, couldn't find anything in the search files, but does anyone know if the lower part of the 02 bumper will join to the top of the pre 02?

It is a seperate part and by studying photo's it looks like it 'might' fit.

Interested to know if anyone has attempted to do this.

I beleive it will indeed fit, but there is the issue of price to consider:

for less money than a new lower valance (02+) from HUK, you can get both the valance andbumper cover from Dali in 'American Style' - i.e. without the droopy number plate surround.

Yes guys,

Its the FRONT end I'm enquiring about. The 02+ side and rears are effectively a bolt on replacement. I dont personally like the bug eye look so was trying to see if I could 'complete' the 02+ upgrade retaining the pop-ups. This means keeping the upper half of the front bumper and hopefully just replaceing the lower part and losing the fogs.

Any help appreciated.

I think i remember reading on prime a while ago something about the "lines" around the open section not matching up.I'm not 100% though
