I hope you've brought enough for everyone Jonathan...can see this being a 3-reeler!
"No man with a good car needs to be justified"

Blue '08 FD2 CTR - big, ITR-sized shoes to fill...
Yellow '96 NSX 3.0 - oh was it worth the wait!
Black '99 ITR - well, I had to have another one, the first was so much fun. Miss this one even more than #1...
Blue '03 S2000 - SOLD, flawed but fun
Blue '04 Focus TDCi Sport - SOLD, very good fun for a diesel!
Black '00 ITR - SOLD, still missed
Red '98 Civic VTi - SOLD, probably still bombproof

It's a shame they don't ditch the electric motors and batteries to save weight and up the bhp of the motor, which I'm sure is possible with a remap, exhaust etc etc and make it rear wheel drive.
And then keep all the little luxuries.

Very true Ian, particularly as they've already managed to develop 500bhp out of a 2litre lump for the upcoming new SuperGT series in the GT500 category and boy what a weight saving this monster is without its batteries.

On that basis, near 1000bhp could be possible I'm sure with the Type-R, so forget the autobahn definitely Nardo or better still the salt flats for these insane dreams.

    Now that is hilarious 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

But it looks like Sudesh must have beaten us all to try it out, as I saw his comment posted, hope he finds it faster than his Lamborghini:

"Would recommend this to anyone, so I would.
Car now goes like **** off a shovel now, so it does
Bit disappointed as my vinyl records keep jumping, so I am.
Can beat any car on the road now, so I can.

Best mod I have ever bought, so it is !"

Yes do it on the autobahn, but when it's quiet, i.e. Crack of dawn on a stretch that doesn't have traffic.
At the speed he was doing he is travelling about 80m a second. Now if somebody looked in their rear view mirror and saw him 300m away, thought "ok plenty of room" and pulled out without looking again or indicating as they sometimes do, yon are now 120m away with a closing speed of 70, 80mph plus, less than a second to react = accident!
It happened to us as I said earlier whilst in Germany, luckily we were only doing about 110mph, but we still had to brake hard.
I'm all for seeing what these cars are capable of, and you know we have a fun drive in Wales when it's clear to enjoy our cars.
Just saying time and place, safety first.

    Ian
I totally agree with you Ian, I spotted this in the daily mail today and as I couldn't stop thinking about your response I thought I would post this link.
