    Default Another reliable fast car

I have the chance to buy another quick car up to £30k (pref £25K). Lets say, not another NSX.
I already have the Litchfield or Cosworth supercharged BRZ on the list.
    Thoughts please.

Depends what you mean by 'quick' Mark and where you intend to use that 'quickness'? Track, drag racing, traffic light hero?

What's your objective/s? Having fun, everyday use or sunny Sunday's, show car, learning to drive quickly on a track (free added quickness) scope for further performance development, brake, suspension upgrades etc.

There's a great range of potential cars (bike?) for that money, nice position to be in.

A friend of mine is thinking of selling his "toy" car for about £15k

It has a greater power to weight ratio greater than a Veyron and a 0-60 time of less than 2.5 sec, now that's what you call quick.

If interested send me a PM and I will give you his details.

To clarify another car that is as usable as the NSX. I don't track or race. I enjoy the thrill of driving fast, but I want to have the option of using all year round. So the BRZ with the supercharge at280bhp plus is a benchmark. I don't want to spend on massive modification so those mods would have to be in place.

Are there particular models of these that are recommended?

It depends on what you want in terms or rawness against pace, and the prices. If you are coming along at the weekend I can tell you all about the 911 and M3s, at least the 996/997 and E36 / E46 models.

Quickness on the road? In that case you don't need massive licence busting bhp, just exemplary handling....for £30k.....
    Lotus Evora
    Cayman S
    Renault Megane Trophy R

If you don't need 4 seats how about a BBR MX5
