Essex Mini Meet with Barbecue 12 July
We have been invited by the Essex centre of the Porsche Club to an evening meet with a bar and barbecue.
The event to open to all car clubs incl. amongst others, Porsche, Ferarri, Aston, Lotus, Alfa, MG, TR, Jaguar and is also free to the general public, both the bar and the barbecue are pay as you go.
The parking is by allotted area so we would be together and is on floodlight driving range (no Golfers are harmed).
Text of invite and detail
I am pleased to invite you and your members to the Porsche Club BBQ at Rivenhall Oaks Golf Club, Forest Road, Witham, CM8 2PS, on 12th July from 7.30 pm onwards. This is a great social event and there is no charge for attendance but donations to our charity of this year, Peaceful Place, will be appreciated; refreshments are expected to be in the region of £8 - £10 for food, and reasonable prices for liquid refreshments.
All Essex car clubs of which I am aware have been invited to this event and most have indicated they will attend, so we are hoping for a good turn out - last year we had about 200 cars and it would be good to make it 300 or so this year.
