Yes - if they're accessible from behind.
Aluminium is tricky to get right though so get someone who knows what they're doing.
Be very careful as sometimes there heat involved in the process.
Depends on where the dent is (and what access is available from behind, but yes, in many cases very successfully.
I would recommend speaking to Ryan at Fixadent - I doubt there is a better 'dent-fixer' working in the UK today, and he is well versed in working with aluminium panels.
