Bas and I went to Germany/France to drive the route and see the hotels. Everything looks great

Meet up point ( between juct 2 and 3 of M25 ) on 4th June.

Right guys, Only 2 weeks away now, would love to have you guys to meet up at my place, especially those that travels from the north, to have some refreshments before convoy to the tunnel.
It would take 1hr to tunnel at cruising speed, or 45mins with a bit of heavy foot

So if we are aiming for 1.30pm, We would need to leave my place at 12.30/12.45pm
Or any other suggestions?
