Geoff how long did it take you to get to Scotland? Was it good on Sunday? You missed out on some beautiful and quiet roads on Sunday morning, it was as though we had reserved them just for us only one 4x4, and one truck

regroup after stage 2! time for a little R&R before the final stage of the day... the last leg to the Pancake house...

we had a railway museum to explore!!! an 18ft, 13 1/2 ton steam train built with the helps of romney, dymchurch and hythe railway in kent.. small world, in many ways!

then it was off to the Pancake house... tho a slight technical **** up meant me and the Audi took a more scenic route, a bonus 32 miles and taking in the glimmering sea.... alas i was too busy trying not to lose the audi to worry about pics...

    anyway.. pancakes...

to finish the day an impromptu tunnel run, via the Conway castle

and that's it for my pics... hope it gives a flavour of the weekend!

Took about 4 and a half hours to get to Dunfermline so I still had time to find a Jet wash and clean the car so it was gleaming on Sunday morning. Japfest (Scotland) or Jockfest as I prefer to call it was good fun, at Knockhill Race track. About 400 cars ranging from GTR's and NSX (2) to, well all sorts of stuff. The group I was with were all in Accords and Civics...all ages...all type R's...mostly white....all gleaming. We won the prize as best stand on the day.Lovely drive up to Dunfermline in good weather but a 9 hour drive back to Bucks was awful.
