OK, being entirely cynical here... it's an advert for a used number plate.
It's not entirely clear if the seller has the rights to the plate; and as he's put a smiley in there and hasn't listed it in the actual cherished plates section, I'd guess that his chancing it.
i would guess the actual physical plate is for sale not the entire package!

Look's like a show plate, the order of digits is not legal is it?
Its also on the regtransfers.co.uk website they are asking £23,495.

NSX 1 is currently on a 2003 LLB NSX (in London I believe).
1 NSX is out there too, apparently on a 1999 S Type Jag.
£23k crazy but if you have that much money to flush, go for it.
Yes sorry my mistake, think i would rather have a second NSX instead!

Ebayer has updated the advert with "auction is for number plate nsx1. winner will get ownership rights transfer via DVLA" - not quite unequivocal, but would imply he is the legit registered owner of the plate?
