You need to pull the clock fuse for more that 10 seconds...This should reset the EPS CPU.

Have you got the handbook - if so just find it in there (that's what I did) the two fuse boxes are all laid out it is dead easy. Failing that I might have time to take a picture of the offending fuse this week...
