Currently on the ramp having a good examination. Its' had lots of new parts (02 sensors, ABS sensors, bushes etc.) but front track rod ends could do with replacing so just ordered a new set.
Also making up some decat/test pipes. I had a pair of spare NSX CATs. Ordered some Honda decats so will chop the flange ends off the NSX decats to weld to the decats so I retain the hangers.

Here is my castle - well actually more of a mini stately-home, but let's not split hairs....

ok, so it's not actually mine, but down the road a bit.
Your NSX would look amazing on the forecourt in front of the steps....
When I get one, I'll get a photo from that exact location.

Yep I stayed there back in 2001 (well in the stables next door actually, but they were connected lol)

DrMikey,
Here?
http://www.historic.org.nz/corporate...a/2191a_sm.jpg
Your gorgeous Midnight Pearl NSX-T - what interior does it have - I'm assuming black, but not the later perforated leather? Photos would be great. What mileage is on the clock?
What's next on the build?

Ha..thats the place!! Wasnt quite so plush as the castle IIRC!!
Its black and has the non perforated seats. It has 130k but has been very well maintained and I will be undertaking all the major service items.
NSX-R spoiler and OEM front lip are the only two other mods planned at the moment.

In an effort to remove any excess electrics that could potentially fail, I removed the "factory fitted" Honda OEM alarm.
Of course, when I say factory fitted, it was clearly done at a UK dealer by an apprentice as the install was pretty poor.
Anyway, all gone now and I've refitted something a lot more suitable to prevent theft!

I wholeheartedly concur with the foregoing*
*I originally was more succinct, but Nucking Word Fanny told me it was too brief!

No, no; mine's the same.
It's like tin can telephones; if the string ain't stretched tight, the alarm don't work. Or else copper wire is too expensive for Hamilton & Palmer...

Have done a mega service over the last couple of days
Timing belt, tensioner, water pump, crank pulley.
Oil and filter, trans fluid change, coolant flush, new plugs
Compression check (210,210,215,210,215,210) - not bad eh!
Valve clearances (arms now ache!)
-
Well she's been dry stored over winter and I felt she needed a new clutch so decided to drop engine and give it a thorough clean and replace the sump (rusty) and a few seals. Belt, pump etc.. was done last year so no need for that. Oh and some nice refurbed valve covers.

Thanks drmikey ,
I painted my valve covers with the same paint, VHT SP240 and after got into the oven for wrinkle paint.
This paint is a little clearer tone than the original intake manifold cover NSX-R 2002 is more purple for that reason I asked.

My Other Half's away at the moment. When she comes back I need to come clean about the second NSX and the Stratos... (Anyone got a room to let, just in case?)
