Then the update on the rear of my car. Thanks to the GB with Lotusolly etc.

I need to get some wire mesh installed as they supplied a piece that was too small for the valance; However very happy with the new look and freshens up the rear and compliments Ary's exhaust setup :)
I also replaced the rear light units on the car. Thanks to Andy in Donnellys Ballymena for sourcing parts for me; also have the NSX-R centre tailight piece to install. Thanks to Kaz for sourcing for me
Have a few more bits n pieces to add to the car so as the NSX-R front undertray but these will unlikely see the light of day till 2015.

looking good andrew, first i've seen the rear and makes some difference to the car's overall look, more modern. it'll look good with the nsx-r center taillight section to keep in with the rear's new look. just need something black on the front lol, maybe a new matching carbon fiber bonnet?
is that your brother's gt86 in the background as looks familar, a silver one passed me a few weeks back on the m12 off the m1 to armagh/dungannon roundabout.

black carbon bonnets do not interest me!
yes thats the bro's car ... they are hilarious, class to drive
thanks for kind remarks

Very nice Andrew, clean and with mods that keep it OEM styled ... are you changing the bonnet? If not be careful with front end lift if you do install the undertrays without the vented bonnet, plus potential to run hotter as rad heat becomes enclosed ... really do like those wheels!

I'll keep the thread going in Sudesh's absence; Car recently put through the NI MOT test as per pic. No issues with the car at all and emissions all well below recommended figures even with the de cat pipes installed

A new addition to the number of genuine NSX-R parts being added to my car. This time it's the NA1 NSX-R centre tail light piece imported from Japan. Thanks to Kaz for sourcing it on my behalf. With the refreshed tail lights purchased last year, this is the full light cluster completed. Excuse the crappy pic but you get the idea.

Prior to MOT I got a full geometry and suspension set up including corner weight set up and adjustment carried out by Pat @ http://www.mcbennettmotorsport.com. Pat was highly recommended to me and I have to say it was money well spent and he is a top guy.
This was needed due to the wheel change carried out last year and the coilovers needed to be raised to compensate for the new wheel size. Since the set up the car feels a lot more planted, steering is more responsive and the ability to corner has been greatly enhanced; not that it was bad in the 1st place as we all know! But definitely much more sharper handling
A few recent pics of car taken by a friend (suspension set up complete) as of start of week. Will get more pics up over the course of updating this thread as a few more bits n bobs have been done to the car including the bits I ordered as part of the Downforce group buy

Got the centre console repaired and refreshed as it had been showing its age and all the previous damage it has taken over the years. I went for a textured paint finish and i am really pleased with the look thats come back from the company that i trusted the work in. i also got the door sills repaired in the same manor as these had got badly marked and some deep scores over the years. will get pics up at a later date

Very nice mate, what stereo have you got fitted?? Was it a pain to fit?
Regards
Paul

Thanks for kind words
As for the stereo it's been installed in the car since nearly the start!
you can check this refresh thread for when Sudesh installed it. The car had a single din installed on purchase and was poorly fitted. So I changed to a Pioneer double din with sat nav and parrot etc. I don't think it was too difficult; I purchased the cage from SOS

Thanks you very kindly Andrew, your a very good friend.....And really big thanks to you also Paul.
To make my own update, and please bare with me everyone as I'm not at full health.
So hello to everyone!
I wanted to update this as its been a while. And I've received a few emails
It may take me some time to help people with various questions and parts etc.
In 2014 [i think] I fell into a coma over nite in bed.
The story is one that books could be written from; even close to the film the Bourne Supremacy. Basically I'm a young healthy man, don't drink or smoke age 38 [then] work hard "HUGE" passion for cars and restoration work etc. Anyway I head to my bed with my long life partner, giver her a kiss good nite and snuggle up tight for the nite.
5 Months later........ I wake up in hospital.........Got partial Memory loss, vision gone, can't talk, breath, walk, most of the normal functions gone. I couldn't hold cutlery right in my hands.
So what happened woul all say...........Well I took a very Very rare Extreme version of a brain malfunction called Encephalitis. The type of this condition I caught is so rare, that they still don't know what they are dealing with? The specialist here continue to speak to other specialists in UK and further afield regularly.
I'm in and out of hospital every so often still..... and on allot of medication. I'm currently on 29 tablets a day and that's been reduced to that number!! I used to have to jab myself with a steroid, plus take a build up fluid however that's now gone.
It's now been a while since I've been out, but still hard......I have an amazing Doctor that won't give up on the fight. I would give up quicker than him. These guys don't get enough recognition.
I still have huge memory loss, so bad I did believe my friend I owned a Diablo and other vehicles lol. my spelling is not good unless the computer system does it for me lol. It took me hours to remember how to login in here lol. All good there now. I can't write that great by hand yet, which is annoying if wanting to take a quick note or for me to create a new artist drawing of wiring looms and so forth.
Anyway I won't bore you Gentleman and Ladies any longer.
How has everyone been?

Andrew your car is looking very nice! Next time you visit, bring that and not the big motor bike lol. Although I loved that and still wear that beautiful jacket.
