I noticed the centre tail light lens was loose, so removed the lense
Quite clear to see that each socket, where the lens bolt would be attached was damaged, causing the bolt to spin which meant it could not be tightened correctly. This could be a cause of over torquing as I believe someone had the lens off in the past as one of the nuts was not the correct spec.

I used some heavy duty plastic weld/cement and installed the bolt at the same time so it would all seal together. It worked a treat and I re-installed the lens and replaced the bolt with OEM one.

Andrew wanted to go with the NSX-R steering wheel and boss but retain the cruise control, so as mentioned earlier in the thread, I wanted to do something unique, so I retained the cruise buttons and wiring and custom made the 4 button slot to suit the switch.

Next was the stereo system, the one that came in the car was not the OEM one but it was also poorly fitted and looked nasty. So Andrew wanted something a bi special.
Again the OEM console was customised and new double din installed

I didnt take as many photos as I would have liked as in the end I became too busy with working on the car and didnt stop to take everything.
But also replaced was the gear gaiter and handbrake to nappa leather, new door entry pads in nappa leather, front fogs removed, sticker type number plate removed [why anyone does that to a car is beyond me, took hours to get it off.:(]
Complete interior valet, NSX-R style side mesh vents, Xenon/Hids, Coolant flush and refill, brake flush and fill, New Crank shaft pulley, Dali RR exhaust and new seals installed, New front Lip spoiler, cant remeber what else lol
Next is the coolant pipes, evap unit, clutch slave cylinder and a standard service.
