Unfortunately the complete AC system on this car was in a terrible state, From AC Compressor, to Evap Unit to CCU board.
I removed the CCU for inspection, had clear visible signs of capacitor damage

CCU was sent to Kaz for repair and can report back that the master repaired it and controls were restored.
Next was cleaning and testing of the evap unit, as reported a while back the unit was covered in a green substance, after speaking to Kaz and my AC guy they confirmed it was leak detector. It also had a terrible smell which Andrew reported came into the cabin every time the blower was on
With the blower removed it looked like this, green, dirty and smelly lol

All cleaned down as best I could get it and everything installed.
Next was to test the A/C; unfortunately the test didnt go well and although the system held enough pressure for a while, it would not last the day and it was clear that the evap was done. So Andrew got a new unit and I'll be returning to that later in the year.

While working on the interior I found the security was just sitting free and rattle around. So I secured everything and hid the security.

Basically in the above pics along with other security parts, are bits that were just cut off and left there, they serve no purpose as they were from an old alarm system. So I removed all the old bits.
A main cable harness was also laying loose and must have been rubbing as the covering was showing signs of wear

Repaired and installed correctly

Th red brake callipers were stripped, inspected and rebuilt. The red was removed and Andrew went with the same NSX-R style as mine. Also replaced the pads with Redstuff and installed stainless brake hoses all round.
Callipers stripped
