You are correct one of the many great things about the NA1 R is the way the steering feels, helped by the Mono wheel and so much better than the base 1991 car I had about 11 years ago.

Great looking car, is that the distress flare in the passenger footwell?
If so you might want to check the expiration date as they can behave unpredictably if expired.
