One of the heat shields had a rattle and I noticed most of the bolts were done/rusted away.

This is not a major issue as most after market systems dont have these heat shields, the owner is going for a new system shortly so as a temp measure I just decided to keep the OEM shield, drill out the old bolts and put in a temp solution

One problem that did get me on this car was the headlight retract on the passenger side. It had a mind of its own lol
Sometime's it would work fine, then when the car was running it would have a delay, then sometimes it would go perfect on the retract switch and then it wouldnt work lol
So I started clearing out the problems from:
1. Fuses
2. Relays
3. Retract Control Unit
4. Retract Switch
5. Circuit test
6. Wiring loom inspection
So last test was the headlight motor, what I noticed after checking the headlight loom was, when passenger side motor was disconnected the drivers side would work perfect every time on any loop.
At this stage I was certain it was the motor. After removing the old motor and opening it for inspection it was clear it had internal damage, it also had allot of moisture build up

So we got a new motor and after install all is working perfect!

The rear boot/trunk I noticed had a slight damp smell, as part of the refresh it was cleared out anyway

With the main centre carpet removed I spotted something that should not be there
http://i77.photobucket.com/albums/j7...E/SAM_1431.jpg
With rest removed it was clearly visible, there was moisture/water problem
http://i77.photobucket.com/albums/j7...E/SAM_1432.jpg
It was quite clear the problem was coming from the stem of the mast, it has corroded away and left a hole
http://i77.photobucket.com/albums/j7...E/SAM_1435.jpg
So I spoke to the owner and what I done was seal up the the hole as best I could. The owner was never fond of the OEM aerial anyway, so I disconnected it, and installed a hidden antenna.
With the boot/trunk lining out, the floor was cleaned up

Noticed a build up of stones and grime around the boot seal
