Same here still waiting for Bas to confirm.
Depend what time you guys is going on Thursday, I might wait at the other side of the tunnel.
A side note to all, the use of the wellness at Legere and breakfast on friday morning are included if people arrive on thursday.
Hi all,
I am up for Legere on Thursday night, any more thoughts on what time to go through the tunnel, best to book sooner than later.
Steve
Nights included are fri-sat and sat-sun. For sunday i can try and see if i can book you a room as well. A great alternative for sunday night would be hotel La source: http://www.hotel-de-la-source.com/nl/
Crossings....
I propose the 12:50 outbound Thursday afternoon and 19:50 return Sunday. If there are people joining from farther afield on the Thursday we can look to adjust the outbound time to suit.
We can sort out meeting points closer to the date but would be a good idea to get the crossings booked soon as mentioned.
A question for those that have attended this before,
I noticed in the itinerary that Friday night is a cocktail party, is this a black tie event?
Olly
I've gone and booked the 12:50 on Thursday the 12th with a return at 19:50 on Sunday the 15th...
Same here booked 12th may 12 50 . return 19 50 15th may.
I'll be tagging along with you guys on Thursday as some are staying in Legere.
i have decided to cut the cost and sleep in the boot. will have to leave the picnic basket at home though
Payment sent through PayPal, Bas, let me know if it OK cheers.
Managed to secure a late slot on the tour. Could you let me know what crossings/companies you're using ie ferry or Chunnel on the Thursday.
Cheers,
Tony.
Channel Tunnel booked for Thursday 12.50 and Sunday 19.50.
Looking forward to another great weekend
Steve
I'm booked now too. Looking forward to it.
How many UK members this year? I think I see at least 13 on the list which is a very good turn out.
Thanks for the info guys. Have booked the same crossing times. Really looking forward to this weekend, roll on summer!
Hi Guys,
I haven't used the tunnel before, which type of ticket do you guys recommend and are there any other tips when booking?
Olly
Steve, just fill out the drop boxes on the first page then after clicking on 'search & book', the second page shows the crossing times and three different types of ticket. Choose the crossing times for the 'short stay saver'.
If you have an abundance of Tesco Clubcard vouchers they can be exchanged for double their face value against the fare. You have to get in touch with Tesco to sort that out from memory though.
I have booked on same train as you guys...wahoooo!!
SS
Well I've just paid in full for this very exciting tour including the 17.50 Thursday Chunnel crossing.:)
So so looking forward to the karting endurance, team GB here we come.:D
Spa track session also booked, so at last a great excuse to wear my official Ayrton Senna red Stand21 F1 racing gloves and show off my now very unique modified carbon fibre engine cover, cheers Gary.
I look forward to seeing you all en route.
IMPORTANT: the sound limit on Spa-Francorchamps is 105 decibels
All, have booked the same train out on Thursday 12:50 and back sunday at 19:50. Anyone driving from Oxford area ?
Hello all!
I have joined this tour with a passenger. but I've mentioned this trip to a friend of mine and he has shown very strong interest in joining, so I thought it would be nice if he could come along with any of the U.K. Owners who are not taking a passanger that wouldn't mind someone to tag along with them? We will obviously pay his way and so on, would anyone fancy doing this for my friend? Its a little cheeky I know, but cannot see the harm in asking?
Cheers

Hi all,
Any recommendations for a break down service that covers cars as old as ours when in Europe ?
