Red NSX sitting in traffic westbound between Hyde Park Corner and Knightsbridge this afternoon - looked original and very clean. I was in mine travelling in opposite direction towards Piccadilly Circus.
Saturday 29/11/09
Spotless Red NA2 on the A120 near Coggeshall in Essex at 11.30am.
Reg was R9 NSX
That would have been me at Knightsbridge gingerly driving my brand new car through the London Saturday afternoon traffic jams on my way home having just collected it in Herts. I thought I glanced a midnight purple (?) one coming the other way but I was too scared of the London buses and taxis to pay any attention.
I have decided that the perfect car for London traffic is a 1970 SWB Defender.
NOI 18 Belfast bottom of blacks road going on to the m1 on sunday about 1.30 absolutely goregous seen u lookin at my car prob saying look at that prick tryin to race me lol well i wasnt just wanted to let the son see a real dream car
Congrats on your new NSX - it certainly did look very shiny and clean. I was driving in the opposite direction - although mine isn't midnight purple but 'electric' blue!
P.S. even though I'm used to driving in London, it still gives me the shakes when I'm in my NSX - buses and taxis are a nightmare.

Not out in the wild but in the back of this weeks Autocar!!!
It was clearly in for some tlc at Chiswick recently, hopefully just routine!

Paul
Hello fellow Xers
Spotted a red NSX on the M3 today about 11.30am going west/south.
I was in my dirty green NSX on the M3 going the other way!
After 5.5 years of ownership, its still a nice surprise to unexpectedly see another NSX on the road :)
Cheers
Marty
Drove back in the new car from Glasgow yesterday, in the torrential rain and through the never ending road works and average speed cameras and saw a red/black NSX going northbound on the M6.
Cheers,
James.
James TTIWWP! :)
Congratulations on your new purchase James, I hope it scratches the long itch you have had for a while. Good luck mate & may be post a pic or two IDC. Also when you get used to your new P & J, let us know how it compares. :)
Red pop-up model seen on the M11 this afternoon.
Spotted between the Harlow and Stansted junctions, heading away from Harlow (wise move :D).

Sorry to have missed you both

I agree - we were passing and dropped in earlier in the year for a 1/2 hour mooch about.
4 hours later we were still mooching!
My eldest son will get his first experience behind the wheel of a car there in a few weeks time and whilst he is having his 60 min's intro. to driving it seemed a shame just to hang about in the cold, so I an having a bit of a play with an SL55 on the drag strip.
Made it here: http://www.globalsupercars.co.uk/gal...NSX%200009.jpg
Paul, the car looks fab! Were the Enkei white originally or did you have these painted to match the wrap?
Hi James,
The Enkei's arree silver as they will work well with the Magnum Grey as daily rims when the wrap comes off one day.
They are 17/18 combo with HanKook Evo's allowing me to keep the OEM 02 rims in grey with the RE070's for those special dry day drives!
Hi Simon,
Thanx for the link. The car attracted a fair few admirers being the only one on the day and several people asking about ownership who are potential owners and members here.
regards, Paul
Early (H plate) Red beauty seen in Colchester today.
Was seen entering Copford from Stanway at lunchtime(ish).
Silver Surfer?

Ha ha, the ride height thing is interesting as they are both on stock suspension!
Luke and I had a fantastic day, top notch experience a mix of cars and abilities but a lot of fun. Both looking forward to the next day at Bedford later in the year already! It would be nice to see some 'queens' dusted off and come along :-)
You kept that quiet boys, did you not fancy too much competition ;-)
I do need to plan this years on track exploits. Dijon is still a possibility but a UK outing should also be on the agenda. I'd quite like to be at an event with Mo to see what I'm missing without SC power :)
Cheers
Mark
seems like I see less than one NSX on the road a year.
corner of my eye driving through wokingham saw a "Grey" pop-up NSX. looked in side view mirror and couldn't make out reg. It was of the Square, import variety plates though. Think it was an N reg.. surprise, surprise... could hav been my eyes playing tricks on me.
It was a bit rainy and all cars on the road could use a wash... but didn't look like a normal colour.
The usual suspect in Bruton today :)
Hi Simon,
Had my daily driver written off last Monday so clocking up the miles on the NSX:D.
Surprising how little grip wet salt has to offer
A bit late but was out in the NSX last weekend and spotted on Saturday 6th, 2 west bound NSX on the M4 around J9.
First was a classic Red/Black then within 5 minutes we saw a Black with what looked like Black split rims with polished lips?
On Weds was heading into the industrial area near Hook (not in my NSX :() and spotted a Black JDM with bodykit heading into the Virgin offices ... possibly Jim?
Say hi and see you all propely in May :)
regards,
Paul
Yeah, that was me ... do you work there? Maybe I know you ... I worked there for a few years in the early 00s.Quote:
