Although this needs to be replaced again when the owner
puts back the CAT, new OEM gasket at the front exh pipe.

Forgot to order another one for the rear but as it's going to be
short life before putting back the CAT, just squashed the existing one
in cross direction to fatten it so that it can be re-used.







As mentioned in my previous post, there was no multi layer
triangle gasket used on any of the flanges at the back box or
at the adaptor pipes causing exhaust gas leakage.

As the owner is going to put the CAT back on and already told me that
there will be some re-work done on the pipes by the previous insaller
after my service, I’m not going to install any new triangle gaskets or
gun gum paste as the proper gaskets should have been installed
by them at the first point.

Still, in order to minimise the leakage, removed all debris and
made the flange surface smooth.











New side Eng mount.
This is for the AT model so it has 'AT' marking at the bottom.
Also, it won't have rubber disc on top like the one you see on MT model.











Engine bay cleaned as much as possible before
putting the engine back in place.









Engine back in place and in the middle of putting back rest of
the parts as well as draining the eng oil.


Need to carefully install and check the AT selector cable.


Hope to fire up the engine soon.
