Today at Atelier Kaz - ex-Honda R&D, F1, Indy/CART engineer

Intake Air Temperature (IAT) sensor.
Covered in oil with lots of black debris.








Cleaned it and although I couldn’t take the photo under good lighting,
it should look like light green/brown colour when it’s new.

This one is already dyed in dark brown colour by the sticky oil.
Installed with the new O-ring shown in the photo as well.










The label on the A/C compressor for the future reference as
it is about to be covered by the Zircotec ceramic coated
heatshield tape.










After looking at the state of the #1 cyl IG coil,
the owner decided to replace it with the new one.

No rust and the internal spring terminal is very healthy, obviously.

It’s the standard procedure for me to check and clean
it on each coils.








The cable of the rear O2 sensor was very close to
the sharp metal edge so wrapped it with the heatshield tape.

Also, didn’t like the routing of both O2 sensor extension cables
so re-routed them.
