Forgot to attach this video file to the last post.




The bearing at the A/C idle pulley was dead and making noise.
Also, small part of the pulley edge was missing.
Going to replace it with a new one.

Placed parts order to Japan and just remembered that it’s time of
the long holiday season in Japan.

Lots of offices are closed until 06/May so hope it won’t
delay my service too much.

























What a dirty engine it was. Spent hours cleaning it.
First stage washing done. Once the parts are removed,
they will be washed again further.

After blowing all the debris and washing the outside of the engine,
finally I’m happy to open the engine.


You don’t want to open it without first washing it.









Having lots of fun with two of the bolts at
the TB lower cover.

They are heavily corroded and
the bolt head is already rounded...........
