About to take the Eng/Gbox/Sub frame out as an assy.

Um........ That’s dirty...............

The Side Eng mount.
The green marked big holes are normal and
it’s designed like that on purposely.

However, the big slit marked red is not normal.

Being as everyday car, it is best to replace it now than
later or fill it with Devcon.

Better check with the owner.

This is AT model so it doesn’t have the thin rubber cover on top of this mount like the MT one.

Rest of the eng/gbox mounts were showing hairline cracks but
should survive for some time.
Noticed that there was no thick triangle like rubber cover
at the Side gbox mount but I can't remember whether it was
not available on the AT model from the factory or not.

So, the engine is out.

Noticed the WP is still the original design
which means, it was never replaced during any of the
TB service carried out in the past.......

Already noticed some issues that require extra parts.

The header at the rear bank.
It’s missing the stud bolt (marked red).

When the original nut was removed, looks like the person
installed the header didn’t notice that the stud bolt also
came out a bit (marked green).

On installation, the nut just bottomed out at the bolt body
where there is no more thread.

Hence, not seating to the flange at all.

The header at the front bank.
Similar story at the several stud bolts.

From the amount of thread exposed above the nut (marked green),
it is not seated to the flange properly (marked red) at several stud bolts.
