Health Check 02

Even with the fully charged battery,
I felt as if the cranking speed of the starter motor was not
up to the full speed.

Once again, the battery terminal was overtorqued and very loose.
I could remove it without even loosening the fixing nut.

Since the damage was done to the cramp,
best to replace the GND cable.
For the time being, I’ll apply quick fix to keep it secure.

The angle of the battery holder stay didn't look correct.
I thought it should be using the hole at the back and not in
this position or may be the holder is not installed properly.
Will look into this.

I need to take the battery out any way in order to wash the
A/C evaporator so will install it properly later.

Seems like someone tried to open the tail light assy.
There was no moisture inside there though........

Could do with some adjustment for the fuel lid alignment but
I hate doing it in the cold weather.
It will change again once it gets warmer.

I think I’m going to have fun with some of the bolts around the brake caliper......

Someone decided not to bother fixing the two O2 sensor connectors
at the rear valve cover.

They were just bouncing around in this area.
Very bad as if they got shorted, it will take out the
ECU O2 sensor interface board.

When the time comes for the Engine Refresh,
I’m quite sure I’m going to have fun with these CAT nut..........

Even at super low mileage, unless one’s garage has
central heating or humidity controller such as A/C,
the bolt/nut will corrode with the moisture in the air.

Ran out of time for the day so will continue with the Health Check tomorrow.
