Valve clearance at the front bank adjusted and checked twice.

Then, checked the clearance and locking torque
one more time on all six cyl.

Finally, the long hours marathon task of
valve clearance adjustment has completed.











Time to install the valve cover.

As always, no time for taking the photos while
dealing with the liquid gasket so just the end result.
Both covers installed and dressed briefly at this stage.
Will be dressed again after washing the car.








Quickly dressed the valve/TB covers and surrounding area where
I can’t reach once the engine is back in the bay.

You can’t see them from outside but I would like to
keep the entire engine clean.









Front beam cleaned briefly.








Torqued the crank pulley bolt to the spec.








The all important rubber seal around
the TB tension adjuster bolt.

Probably it’s missing from your NSX engine.



I was aiming to install the VTEC Spool valves and
put the engine back in the bay by the end of today
but ran out of time.

Needs to push a bit as I’m behind the schedule again.....
