Advan Neova AD-08 Part 2

Rate this Entry
Following on from the previous post ( http://www.nsxcb.co.uk/entry.php?613-Advan-Neova-AD-08 ), just replaced my rear tyres to the same Neova AD-08 as before.

It was just about to hit the wear indicator but
still enough tread was left to pass MOT last week.

At the end, I covered well over 9,000miles with my driving style.

After about covering 8,000miles, I started to feel bit nervous going through
the roundabout when it was cold and on top of this,
I started to notice significant increase in high tone ‘whine’ like road noise on
the same motorway that I use to/from London.

So, for me, it seems like when I start noticing this noise,
it’s time to replace the tyre.

As mentioned previously, I’m happy with this tyre next to the OEM one
when mounted on the OEM wheel.
I always felt comfortable on dry, wet or even on cold winter road.

If you have aftermarket wheel or different chassis setup, that’s an another story.

By the time when I replace all four tyres next time,
I’m quite sure there will be better replacement tyres on the market so
hope I can meet one of them.

Tyre is another engine on our NSX.
