Filled the Honda MTF-3 to the filler neck and left it for a while to
let the excess to drain out.
Unless you are taking your NSX to the track regularly or have aftermarket LSD,
you must use the MTF with soft viscosity but super strong oil film due to the
oil passage design on our gbox.
MTF-3 is very good for the required characteristic under street driving conditions.
Normally, I’ll start the engine and spin the wheels while on the lift to
double check that there is no MTF leakage from the trans seal at
the left side drive shaft.
However, I can’t start the engine at the moment (missing coolant hose) so
spun the drive shaft many times, left it overnight and checked for any
leakage around the area.
Happy with the result and will torque the suspension bolts and nuts
under 1G later.
Done.
