Good call to replace the header tank. It was already cracked and leaking the coolant.


The coolant hoses were also didn't feel healthy so at the time of TB/WP service, it would be best to replace all of them.










You can replace the header tank without loosing too much coolant but I always bleed the air afterwards any way as a precaution.

Happy with the result after replacing the yellow clips.


As I had to remove the wiper arms briefly, sprayed some water and operated the wipers to check that they were installed properly.





Ready to return this NSX to the owner.
