Glad to see that the NSXCB site is back on-line again.

Started to work on another NSX.
Service menu includes quite a lot of things from fuel filler lid alignment to the drive shaft, brake master cyl, cooling system, etc so it’s going to be very busy again.

Started with the initial inspection to understand the current condition of each parts as well as the bolts and nuts involved.

The air filter was very clean so no need to replace.

Quite often, you will see the 8mm bolts at the air box cover being corroded and making it really difficult to remove the cover. Always best to apply something to shut out the moisture from the bolt thread.

The fuel filter looked to be replaced in the past as there was no trace of leak detector spray used. Being told that the car was serviced regularly based on the Honda service schedule. Therefore, the fuel filter would be replaced every 3yrs or 27K miles whichever comes first for the later spec NSX. So, not going to replace it this time.

Rear Left Toe control arm.
The bush looked to be deformed and I was bit concerned that the metal collar was already oxidised and seized to the fixing bolt. Going to leave it overnight with the penetrating oil to reduce any friction before trying to loosen it.

The Left Drive Shaft
The spindle nut came off without any drama and spline was not seized to the hub/knuckle which was very lucky.
Using Hyd puller to push it out temporarily to grease it up and then re-install it back in place in order to get max space for pulling out the inboard joint from the Trans case.
