Cleaning and inspecting the cam shafts and other parts.
The wear of the coating at the cam lobe is in very good condition and hard to tell it spent more than 131K miles.

Cleaning and inspecting the cam shaft pulleys.
There were lots of melted potting on some of the pulleys so again, spent hours cleaning them…..

Small surface marking on one of the cam holder mating surface at the Front Intake.

Nothing serious and just surface so will check it again in next 60K miles.




Time to rebuild the cam area.

New timing sensor and TB back plate installed.
Very beautiful.
