Left drive shaft removed.


Lots of corrosion everywhere.


As seen on the Right side, the wheel speed trigger teeth were dead ....

During my Health Check service, it was noticed that the MTF was leaking from the trans case seal at the Left drive shaft.


As I’m working on the Left side, replacement seal was also included in the service menu this time.

Cleaned the area and installed the seal.


Normally, you don’t need to use the sealant but for this NSX, installed the seal with tiny amount of sealant as a pre-caution.


You need to be very careful not to block the tiny slit behind the seal with the sealant.
