Honda Parts Japan used to revise the parts price twice (spring and autumn) a year but for this year, it happened in January and July.

In order to avoid the sudden price hike, some of the owners waiting for my service next year already placed the parts order several months ago.

As we are now in December, I have started placing the parts order again to Honda Japan in case they decided to increase the price again in January. It may happen in spring but not much extra time any way.

Therefore, if you are planning to take my services in several months time and not travelling to US before that or if you don’t have close friends in US, please consider getting the parts within December.

I don't run parts business and parts price from Honda is exactly the same from any Honda Parts offices in Japan so just the exchange rate, delivery charge and UK Customs will affect the overall price.

For your reference, most of Honda group companies in Japan will be on holiday during 30/Dec - 05/Jan and some of them will be taking extra holidays before and after this period.
