Had to focus on other projects so only limited time being spent on this NSX today.
Started to clean the A/C evaporator.
Initially, I was thinking about using the hand held vacuum cleaner but as soon as I started using it, it was clear that it was not up to the job.
Although the debris looked dry, it was tangled with the surface fins of the evaporator.
At the end, I had to use the mains powered vacuum cleaner.
There were so many leaves at the lower side so used compressed air to shift them while applying vacuum cleaner nearby to collect as much dust as possible.
After initial treatment, it looked much better than the original condition.
Before and After.
Will repeat the same process tomorrow, attach the DIY made air filter at the top of the blower motor entrance and disinfect the evapo before putting back the blower motor fan in place.
Still waiting for the replacement fixing bolts that were completely corroded at the bottom of the blower motor housing so may need to put temporary measure for the time being.
