Alignment Service 03

Rate this Entry

Initially, I adjusted the tyre pressure during the recent Indian summer so had to re-adjust it again this morning before visiting the alignment place.

The fuel level was just about half tank and bounced the car several times to settle the bushes.

Checked the SAI figure and then started the adjustment.

Considering the driving condition, I normally use custom setup for the alignment so entered different target figures into the system.

As reported earlier, both Caster adjusters were seized on this NSX.

However, at the end, they came out really well and very close to the OEM setup so no issues at all.

Always important to align the two arrows at the rear toe control arm.

While on the alignment platform, took the photo of brake hoses to show that none of them were twisted or touching any part of the chassis apart from the holders.

It seemed that the alignment service was not done for a long time on this NSX because on the way to here, I was bit nervous driving over 60mph on dual carriage way.

The figures were all over the place when initially placed on the alignment platform.

After the service, what a difference it made.

I’m quite sure the owner will feel the same.

Time to work on the right side door AMP.
