After carefully stripping the coating off from both side of the circuit board, the higher current spec relays are now installed.

You can find other examples in the 'EPS, Power Steering' tag under the 'Electronics' section of my thread 'NSX Technical and Service Information Index' and you can find the link at the right side of this screen or here; NSX Technical and Service Information Index

As I don’t have EPS on my NSX and also I don’t have suitable bench system to simulate the torque sensor and power source to check the controller after the service, we agreed with the basic test only.

So, checked that there is no short circuit between the VB and GND terminals and also confirmed the control terminals on each relays were fine.

Happy with the result so placed some info on the case and ready to be returned to the owner.

Thank you for using my service and hope your EPS will be back in operation once again.

Again, please make sure to check the condition of your battery and connection at the battery posts.

Regards,
Kaz
