Today at Atelier Kaz - ex-Honda R&D, F1, Indy/CART engineer

The rubber seal on both IG coil covers were replaced and applied silicone grease for further protection before the installation.

Seems like the air cleaner element is not checked during the major service in UK.


Looks like it is only replaced based on the mileage and not by the actual condition of the filter itself.



There is no way I can reuse this filter and as the owner requested, replaced it with the new one.

Dressed the engine to show off the nice black colour and done.




Waiting for the brake calliper and bracket to be returned from the polymer coating process.

As this is the first time dealing with them, they wanted to make sure that the coating is fine so taking extra time.



Can’t go for the test driving session without any brakes so moving onto the electronics bits and blower motor fan cleaning process.
