Today at Atelier Kaz - ex-Honda R&D, F1, Indy/CART engineer

After further inspection, I was satisfied to go ahead with the further services.


Replaced remaining capacitors that were not replaced before recovering the power.


Contact cleaner applied to the volume module.

Power I/F board refurbished.

Cassette tape module head cleaned but saw some heavy corrosion nearby.










The orange filter was already dislocated and scratched.

Also, because it was left in that state for such a long time that the glue already transferred itself to the wrong position and causing bit of eyesore.....





Can't do much for the deep scratch markings so gentle cleaning and re-attached to the display module.






The plastic face also had some markings.










Cleaned and disinfected the face plate.
